That was really depressing. Great job at it. It is sad to see that their only daughter had passed away. Lovely. I didn't see any mistakes, but then again, I was reading it pretty quickly. |

Excellent story, sad of course, but life is not a bed of roses. I to would like to read other stories related to this should you consider it. Preferably not short ones.

This story was so sad....   I feel bad for Harry and Hermione.. And Ron as well.... Losing a friendship is horrible and losing a child is even worse.... I loved the story and I can't wait to read the rest of your stories. Update soon!!!!  |

A very compelling idea, a very poignant story.
It might make a good jumping off point for several stories of what happened to them during those years, a glimpse of the two of them as they tried to find meaning in what was left of their existence after the death of their daughter.
Just a quibble, but I think it might have been a more powerful, and infinitely more tragic, story if it were told in the first person from Ron's perspective, seeing them there and not able to bridge the gap that had come between them.
All in all, a very good story. Not everyone's cup of tea, obviously, but well constructed and well told. A couple of small typos, but they don't really detract from what you were trying to say.

Part of my inspiration and thoughts behind what they did after their daughter's passing is from the fic 'Light's Hope, Death's Hunters' which can be found on Fanfiction.net. Having it be first person from Ron's point of view probably would be more moving; not sure how I'd do something like that since I'm generally not one for first person fics. |

This was really good, very well written but terribly sad. I think it may be one of the saddest fan fictions I have read in a long time.

I feel sorry for Harry and Hermione in this story.

I hope then story of your is a comedy.

that nearly brought tears to my eyes
I can't say that I really liked it simply because it's so sad, but it's a good and well written story (a little bit short, but then again what do you expect from a oneshot?)
on the whole it's a really great story which is tooooooooo sad for my liking (is this even english?)
