Nice work! A little OC for Hermione but who am I to say? I’m the reader, you’re the writer. But you know, I get it, she’s being bitter – too bitter. But who wouldn’t be? The man of your dreams left you after confessing your feelings to him. I would be damn bitter, too.

One question though: Why Goyle? Couldn’t it be Draco, instead? I’m just really, really (and quite morbidly) curious.

Ooh, lovely bit of fluff! I actually liked the sixth movie despite the Harry/Ginny component, and without spoiling it, there are some truly lovely scenes with Harry and Hermione.

As for your fic, I have to admit, the image of Ginny and Goyle is just...ICK! Nasty mental image, and very innovative choice of characters! I liked the angst and that they had to work for the happy ending, Harry in particular.

Interesting concept and I can see where he's coming from. He's not ready for the IT relationship and knows that's her.

You left off a modifier here and there and Hermione seemed a bit too unBritish.

I liked it, though there were a few errors here and there but all in all, not too bad.

Nice one shot, although it could have been better to explain further why he felt the need to leave, and where he has been.

Thank you for answering the challenge. I rather enjoyed this story. Harry seemed a little over confident when he first saw her and I think he needed to knocked down a little. I can understand both of their reasons, but the fact was he left her and she needed his acceptance of that, and part of that was that they couldn't JUST move forward, that had to be dealt with. I hope that Lord Vader appreciates the story. Till the next chapter of "In Retrospect"
