That was beautiful, I must say.
Made me fall in love.
Of course I would have liked to see Ron be less sleazy, but that's just me.
That is actually so beyond beautiful, you are an amazing writer.
To be honest, I didn't read the little paragraphs in italics, but it was beautiful!
I can't praise this enough. |
Author Feedback: Why thank you Regina. Although I must say that's one of the oddest compliments I've ever received, that is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, I think I can actually feel my head swelling.
Yes, I usually try to keep Ron as likeable as possible. It's just too easy to have him kick Harry's ass over Hermione or somesuch. In this case though, he wasn't actually all that bad. He made a really stupid comment, that he paid for in more ways than one, and he misinterpreted the signs. No, if you want to see sleazy you should wait and see my response to the Pregnancy Poison challenge. Coming soon, to a fanfiction site near you!
That's quite alright, it's like a songfic; you don't read it for the song, but for the fic. And Mallory's work is not in everyone's tastes. Actually, I'm not even sure I'd read the italics if I were reading this rather than writing it. Go figure.
Anyway, I am very glad you enjoyed it. I hope my other work can continue to live up to these high expectations I seem to be creating. |

great job!i cant wait to read more of your stories keep up the excellent work on them! |
Author Feedback: Thanks kim! I'm really glad you liked it!
You probably already know all about my work, but just in case...
If you liked this, there's also my collection of one-shots: 'The Truth About Rose Weasley,' another challenge fic, and 'Mad, Not Ill,' an angsty exploration with a hopeful ending.
You could check out my only completed chapter fic: 'The Most Terrible Poverty,' a semi-challenge fic that gets to the point quick. I'm working on a re-write of it, where it's longer and more...probable.
Or there are my three WIPs: 'Holy Spear,' a (sort of) Indiana Jones crossover challenge, 'Whatever Remains Must Be the Truth,' a rather complicated challenge, and my magnum opus 'Final Adventure,' (crappy title, I know) which is a redo of Book 7.
There are also three other challenges I'm working on that haven't been posted yet: ZerothChild's Poisoned Pregnancy, reptilia28's ruling Dumbledore and rebel Harry, and gphoenis51's Torchwood
I am such a self-promoter... Anyway, check some of those out if you like how I write. Or if you're curious. |

Utterly brilliant that it drives me insane. I could honestly say that I fell illiterate upon reading that scene in the common room (I think I woke up my neighbor by screaming too loud...whoops. ^^'). Right now, my brain is pure mush.
Great Job. It was lovely, and so terribly worth it.

Author Feedback: Eh, I'm not sure whether to be pleased or worried.
I'll just assume you losing your mind over my story is a good thing. In which case, thanks! I really appreciate it.
I'm really glad you enjoyed it, is what I'm getting at here. |

oh, wonderful story. i really liked the incorporation or Morte d'Arthur (that book is so loong! I bought it but I haven't had the time to start reading it. I reckon it'll take me a year like Hermione). Anyways, I thought it was very lovely and I liked the whole plaque thing. |
Author Feedback: Cheers!
It's not really that long, under six hundred pages. I haven't read it yet either though. It's not the length, it's the language.
But I digress.
I'm really glad you enjoyed it! I was worried that the plague was a little fruity but I'm pleased to say you've alleviated my fears on that subject. |

I loved this one-shot - nice Arthurian references and I definitely loved how they revealed each others feelings. Excellent writing job! |
Author Feedback: Much obliged Queen!
I'm glad you picked it up, I wasn't sure too many people would.
Of course I'm going to sound totally insane if we're talking about different things here, but oh well |

incredibly charming, i love that you put excerpts from the book in there and i love the interaction between harry and hermione and just overall this was a lovely story, perfect to read on a rainy day with a cup of hot chocolate, i look forward to anything else you choose to write |
Author Feedback: Thanks nerd, I really appreciate it!
I have another one-shot I'm working on, shouldn't be too long now, and of course Ch 12 of FA is in the works. Been having some trouble with it though...
Interesting note: That event in the library (in June of the story) actually happened to me. Sort of. A friend of mine just collapsed for no reason in class. I didn't proclaim my love for her, but it was a very frightening experience. I can definately sympathize with what Harry felt is what I'm saying. |

I certainly did enjoy this your latest story; as usual it was well written and in good taste.
(I seem to remember reading Morte d'Arthur a couple of times in the dim and distant past at uni, never actually owned a copy though; dignus non sum:-))
I am pleased that I have you on tap as one of my favourite writers.
