Author Feedback: It really just depends on my mood and inspiration. I just work on fanfics for as long as the inspiration lasts and then switch to something else for a while once it runs out. I'm not sure when I'll next update this one, but I may try to get another chapter done in the next week or so. It really just depends.

I'm glad you liked the chapter, and more especially my description. It's always nice to hear that people can really see what I am trying to describe, and since I am trying to work on getting my descriptions better, that's a help to hear you like them.

Author Feedback: Yep, the other Harry was definitly a bit of a jerk. I think though that if Harry hadn't had the upbringing that he had with the Dursleys and having the life he did, he would be a lot more arrogant, and a lot more thoughtless. And as you said, he had more influence from James and Sirius.

Harry seems like someone who would take a lot for granted if he didn't know any better, and as we know the Potters are neither lacking in money, nor reputation, so it's no surprise he would be that way. Luckily our Harry is not so bad, so he's sure to set things right.

Author Feedback: Yeah, and I know it must be more irritating with me being rather unpredictable with my updating. I can't really help that though with university being so demanding on my time, but I will try to update it as soon as I can.

Author Feedback: Ah, but see this isn't your typical 'unreality' story, as you will soon find out as the chapters progress. I don't want to give it away, because honestly it would ruin everything. In fact I'll just keep my mouth shut about that now, lol.

There will be scenes where you will see the old world though. I'm not a fan of flashbacks, but I will be using them sometimes in this fic to show moments from Harry's world because I think it is necessary. It pains me to write them sometimes- as I said I don't like flashbacks, however I can't escape them in this type of fic.

I think my main reason for keeping Harry knowing what happened is because I want this fic to show that even though Voldemort brought so much pain, he also brought so much good (*Cough*H/Hr*cough*). I hope you enjoy it though, and I am veyr happy to hear I piqued your curiosity!

Author Feedback: Well I just never have seen the point in doing a complete different reality fic. To me the Harry and Hermione relationship I love is the one I see united from the characters I see in the HP books. To take them away from their experiences and backgrounds just kills it, as well as killing the characters I love.

As for the rest of your questions, you are right in saying the rest of the story will explain it. It my be a bit odd at first, but the world that Harry is in is essentially a world where Voldemort never existed. That is the world that is explored in this fic, and it will all start to make sense as it progresses.

I hope you plan to stick around for the rest of the chapters
