This story was amazingly sad and sweet and horrible at the same time. One problem, though; why the G rating? Personally, I think that this should be at least PG, perhaps even PG13. Other than that, I loved this and Scarlet Woman!

HOWEVER, I do think that it's horrible that you've decided to stop writing fanfiction. Every day, people read the Bible, and every day, people get more out of it. Now, Harry Potter isn't quite up to the Bible's standards yet, but still. Even though now the last book is out, there are still unanswered questions and new things to be discovered. I don't think you should give up something that you enjoy doing just because someone (JK Rowling) happens to be a little better at it than you.

I normally run far far away from song fic but I have to say that you did an excellent job. Very sad and very beautiful. Your story did not depend of the song but used it to accent it. I loved....now off to see if you have written anything else!

OH MY GOD. How painful was that! I was not expecting this. Incredibly moving, I think I need to go and have a really good cry now, then call all of my family and friends to tell them I love them, and then go and cuddle with my dog...incredibly moving.
