You need to watch a bit of your spelling. Mostly you have it right but "there" and "their" get mixed a bit among other things. Not something a spell checker would pick up, but a grammar checker might.

Well, a little error crept in... Harry's flat either has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths or 4 bedrooms.

OK, so far so good. You've paid attention to detail and spelling. Good start. JKR should have paid attention to her own canon and not gone off on a ridiculous tangent with Harry and Ginny. All the rest of her books lead to Harry and Hermione being together.
