I was looking for Halloween fics and I stumbled across this gem!  I can certainly imagine the characters reacting that way.

I liked the solidarity for Ron--very nice.
One critique about the fic is that it should have been betaed as there are frequently missing words, etc.

I get like that sometimes. I'll type as fast as I can to get the idea while it's fresh in my head and when I read over it, I'll fill in the missing words mentally. *sigh* If I find time, I'll look over it again and fix it. Thanks for pointing it out.

Well, the play you should check out for that reference is "MacBeth". I wonder if the HP characters could be fit into that one? *wicked grin* Bellatrix would make a great Lady MacBeth, though I could see Narcissa in that role, too. Lots of interesting possibilities there. |
Author Feedback: Neat. I have seen a Midwinter's Night Dream as a fic before. Not sure who was who though. Bellatrix would have the malice and Narcissa would have the subtlety. Gotta go for Bellatrix since Narcissa showed she had a soft side. |

*Laughs uproariously* I loved that one and the title is -so- appropriate. I wonder how long it'll take Ron to live this one down, if he even wishes to? Heh, I loved both Harry's and Draco's responses and 'twould be interesting to hear Ginny's comments. *wicked chuckle* Too bad neither is muggle born as an answer of "Dunstan Wood" for Ron's costume would be lost on most wizards who are unfamiliar with Shakespeare. |
Author Feedback: Sadly, I haven't read much Shakespeare myself. *makes note to self to look up Dunstan Wood* Ron never lives this down. Never. The twins especially like to make reference to it while the family's outside at The Burrow.

I'm sure she would want to match, so perhaps a high lady of society that was taken away by her pirate love? Something like Elizabeth in Pirates of the Caribbean. Thanks for the review! |
