*wicked chuckle* He still doesn't realize it, yet, but she obviously does, very, very much. It should be interesting to watch him gather up his Gryffindor courage and tell her exactly how he feels. I daresay her reaction would tell him a lot. Even more interesting, later, will be Ginny's and Ron's reactions; OTOH, their earlier reaction -did- plant the seed of the thought in Harry's mind, though I rather suspect the feelings had been buried for some time. The next day or two in the story should be quite interesting. |
Author Feedback: He doesn't, and I don't think he will for a couple of days in the story. I don't have anything written yet, but I have an idea for the next chapter... *grins evily*

Oy...Kira...you're going to kill me! I mean..just when it's getting good? I mean, talk about tension. The poor boy's just gotta come out and say it, eh? Of course he loves Hermione. He'd have to be 50 kinds of stupid not to tell her so. And...she'd have to be incredibly insensitive and blind not to realize that he's the one she's always been waiting for.
I just hope that you'll put a couple of your chapters together for the next posting and give us some more of your wonderful writing

Author Feedback: My only defense is I have what you have right now...well that and a few ideas on what to hammer out next but that's it. But I will admit that they aren't the best at admitting their feelings for one another but then look at their backgrounds. Sure Hermione had someone to tell her they love her, but she had as few friends as she did book space on a shelf, and Harry wasn't much better. They don't know if this is how friends feel about one another (we know it isn't but meh) or if it's something more. Plus they're scared it's just them and the other person doesn't feel the same way. (again we know they do but meh)  I'll try to pull more than usual together over the next week or so and post it next tuesday, but no guarantees and if it comes down to post it as is or add to it, I'm posting it as is to try and stay on schedule! I don't want to relapse into months without posting again! The Horror!!!

I really, really wanted more from this chapter. it's terribly short and leaves me wanting to finish it (and God knows, I've got enough to do with my story!). So...please...write more?

I know it's short but unfortunately if I put chapters I had written together to make longer ones, I wouldn't have been ahead of what you guys have. As it is, I'm fixing my last prewritten chapter from my first attempt of posting it. I do try to get a decent amount of length out of each chapter but that's between the muses and the plot bunnies. Right now there's a treaty to not eat the muses, but who knows how long that'll hold? *grins* Yeah I know I'm slightly insane. That's what my friends tell me everyday I see them
I'm glad you liked it though...more coming in about a minute or so...

*Wicked chuckle* I loved the end of this chapter with its most accurate critque and I wonder who's going to be more upset, Ron or Ginny. Given all that needs doing, I rather reckon that Harry & Hermione are going to not want their attention and time diverted/distracted by dealing with Weaseley egos and needs. Ron's effectively dealt himself out of things and Ginny doesn't have the connection with Harry that Hermione does. I suspect some very stormy times in the immediate future. |

I'm kind of going off of a theory madscientist put in Circle's End for Ginny's behavior....*whistles innocently* The reason for the sudden Ginny-Sue-ness will be explained and maybe dealt with...I haven't really decided yet. I don't even know when I'll put this whole idea into print so be on the look out.... |
