You'd think Lily would be a bit more understanding when it comes to Remus. Yeah, she's probably a little scared of werewolves, but she's a smart girl. She should know they can function in society, and more importantly, she knows Remus. She knows he's a gentle guy, who would never hurt anyone on purpose. Hopefully she'll come around.

Author Feedback: I think she must have bought the dagger before she met Remus, back before she knew what was what... plus, if you remember, she doesn't really learn until later what exactly he is. Up until that point, she has some prejudices about werewolves (probably instilled in her by Snape, perhaps?) |

I'm kind of sad that that's all there was to the ball. Also, a little more James/Lily interaction would have been nice, but I'm sure the coming chapters won't disappoint!

I can't believe she actually WANTED to kiss Snape! EWWW!!! Anyway, I think she needs to start realizing that though James may be a pompous git, he isn't completely bad. He does genuinely care for her. Can't wait to start the next chapter!

Author Feedback: Yeah, I was trying to keep it in line with how it might have been had we had a glimpse into that era of their lives. I imagine all that history she shared with Snape got the better of them, and they believed that they could have a relationship.

Oh, poor Lily! And shame on Sirius for upskirting her! If I was James, I probably would have been kind of upset with him, although I would probably understand a bit (boys are like that, you know!) I'm psyched to start the next chapter!

Author Feedback: I am glad that you are sticking with her in this. Yeah, those two were difficult because they are sensitive subjects. I had guidelines to follow... how to say it... etc.
I have never been a patient one, so I like to update a few at a time if I can, or the whole thing (like I did the other story). This was my first though, and I love it.
The next time I upload, it will be the last of the chapters...

I can't believe how quick you got all this up hear, it's quite the amazing feat. I'm really loving the story, it's so different from many of the other L/J fics, I hope this isn't the end? I'm eager for a reconcilliation between the couple. Thanks for a much needed lightening of my mood, I grinned and giggled helplessly throughout, especially during the earlier chapters. It's a great story, congratulations. |

Author Feedback: Awe... c'mon... you know in every story there has to be a little drama and a little turn moil. If you remember, in book three, Remus tells Harry that Lily helped him in a time when he needed help (or something to that effect).

It is, actually, complete...every last chapter is written and waiting. I am just trying to juggle three of them (stories) at once, and keeping them in order (I have a great system to my madness). I will warn you... it does get bad before it gets good... but this really was my favorite one to write.
