I liked the plot, it wasn't bland at all. However, maybe I'm missing something, but why did Ron break up with her? I didn't really see a catalyst for it, unless I missed something. One line was about Ron not raising an issue that Harry was having nightmares about Hermione, then suddenly they broke up? Seems to be a bit of a gap /shrug

Author Feedback: Because he knew that his friend is in love with his girlfriend. But Harry didn't know that Ron was hearing what he said in the nightmares. Ron couldn't really take it anymore so he told Hermione about the dreams. I left their breakup out of the story because well...readers could already tell what's gonna happen.

Loved it. Brilliantly written and loved how Harry and Hermione ended up being together at the end. Kind of sad when Harry was crying for Hermione at night; but then wouldn't it be even harder for Ron? Sympathies for Ron but Harry needed his happy ending with Hermione.
I'll read any other one-shots you write!
