I really like this story so far. I'm such a huge HHr fan! Ron does tend to be a git, especially when it comes to Hermione, plus JKR made Ron to be the biggest fatally flawed character ever, so making him be the biggest git every doesn't seem to be too far out of character. |
Author Feedback: Well that's the thing. I love Ron, but I honestly can't see him acting any other way. I am hoping to save his character though.

For some reason I seemed to miss this the first time through and am only reading it now. So far I'm impressed. You seem to be taking your time building up H/Hr and I'm glad to see that. The characterizations seem accurate and the narrative moves along smoothly. All in all this was an enjoyable read, and I'm looking forward to more.

Well this is a nice surprise. I'm always so iffy about my H/Hr fics (maybe it's because there are so many amazingly talented h/hr authors on here) but if you like it and think it is believable then that is good news for me.

I’m making Ron seem like such a git - well, that's because he IS one, after all! It's really good to see you have not abandoned this promising story. Very good to see a fic where they DON'T fall into each other's arms right after the (necessary) breakup with Ron. A girl like Hermione would need A LOT of time to admit to herself she's been wrong, and even longer to realise where she really belongs to.

Author Feedback: I never like to do fics where people suddenly fall into each other's arms. It just doesn't sit right.
As for poor Ron, maybe I just feel bad because I do like Ron, but I can't really make him any other way. This IS how I see him acting in such a situation. |

i love the story. i was surprised to see it on the main page because i didnt see it when you first began the story. but i'm glad i did and i'm glad you updated. its getting more and more interesting. i love how things are slowly progressing but not too slow. update soon! |
Author Feedback: I started this fic quite a while ago, so that is probably why. It's nice to hear you like it though. I'm always a little iffy with my H/Hr fics. Somehow I just feel very inadequate when I write them, but if you like it that's good. That's the main thing in the end.

Author Feedback: Hrm, I'll see what I can do. I tried to work on this not so long ago, but maybe I'll have more inspiration now. If you don't see a chapter know that I did try. I'm not planning on abandoning this story, but I haven't really been in the mood for it either. |

I really like it, but the story is going a bit slow. Like, when Ron said that Harry wanted more from Hermione, does it hint that maybe Harry loves Hermione? And when Hermione sees that photo of her and Harry, I know it shows that she understands and Ron are over, but could it also show that she has feelings for Harry? Maybe you could incorporate that in the next chapter, you know they are awake at night, thinking? |
Author Feedback: I'm sorry, I feel really bad whenever I get these kind of reviews, and I will update, but it might be a while yet. I'm an author that relies heavily on inspiration, and as such will work on a few stories at a time, but will leave some pending while I wait until I can work on it again. This is one of the stories currently pending, but I promise that I will get back into it when I can.
If inspiration plays nice for me I may try to get a chapter of this done over my holidays (which is in about a week or so). I'm really busy, and I have demands to update so many fanfics that it is easier to work on the ones I still have fresh in my mind. I won't forget about this though, and thank you for reminding me to update this one. |

The story is really good but Hermione doesn\'t have honey-brown eyes, duh. I\'m sure you know that she has darker brown eyes, why change it? |
Author Feedback: I only recall it ever saying she has brown. I've been writing fanfiction for quite some time now though, so if it is said in one of the later books (ie, book 5 up) then that is probably why I have kept it as honey-brown. I'm sorry if it bothers you but it has become a habit now. |
