This was one of, if not, the saddest yet most beautiful story I have ever read. WELL DONE!!! Harry and Hermione are mean't to be together. I do not know what JK was thinking when she got to the final chapters and the epilogue?????? I guess she chose what was easy over what was right!!! |

Definitely a poignant and bittersweet ending, but encouraging in that they both did manage to admit how they felt to each other. I can imagine the reactions of Ron & Ginny when they find them, but that's a problem solely for the living and Harry & Hermione have passed on to a new set of adventures.

Part of the reason I did what I did at the ending, though, was because I couldn't face the fact of how after all that Harry and Hermione went through, if she ended up living, they would have to confront Ron and Ginny again. This needs a warning of character death above and beyond the angst tag. Some of us have enough trouble dealing with depression without getting hammered by something we're reading as escapism....  |

I really liked this story, but it was so very sad, oh my. I started tearing up reading it! You could feel the emotion, feel the pain, the love while reading this. And actually, the ending reminded me of the movie version of The Notebook (which is another thing I loved and cried at!). |

Oh... This is a really sweet story. I gasped for breath when I read the ending. You capture emotions very well, and the aesthetics of the story is brilliant. However, more descriptions are necessary to round the story. AT any rate, overall it is a wonderful story. |
