This actual plot behind this fic was a bit silly, but you managed to overcome that with very strong characterization. It would have been easy to make this cartoonish or absurd, but by keeping their personalities in tact, you gave the story a lot more life and interest.

It was a nice break to read something that was quite cheerful in its own way after the deluge of angst, too, so I'm glad you posted this.

I thought this was a good story. I liked the idea behind it. I also love the fact that its harry/hermione. I love that people are still writing even though they know how the books end. I'll always love harry/hermione.

*snicker* Someone is going to be so surprised when their poison doesn't work as expected and, instead, Harry appears very much in an intense relationship with Hermione. A very nice, and well-written, piece of hot but fluffy smut. If you were so inclined, I suspect you could add a few more chapters of story to expand on aspects of the backstory to this work.
