i think this is bloody bleeding amazing!!!!! i cannot tell you how much i weant to cry right now. its sooooo phenomenal and completely my kind of reading. if you ever write any published works i promise i will be your biggest fan. there are a lot of amazing authors on this site, but i have to say that thought their ideas are creative i like this the best of all because it can end in anyway but also holds heartvreak not associated wiht betrayal. i LOVE it. i think it is brilliinat as this one shot but if you feel the need to elaborate, PLEASE do. |

Hmmmm, and after she finishes cursing him within an inch of his life?
I went back and re-read this to make sure I hadn't missed anything. This isn't really a H/Hr story; there's nothing anywhere to indicate any romantic involvement between the two, nothing to show she's missed him more than any of the others. And Harry, the bastard, has been living happily within walking distance of his best friend, knowing that she has to be grieving over all their losses (which have to include Ron and her parents from the way it's written), and hasn't made any effort to let her know he's alive? That really shows how much he loves her. What a complete wanker! 
You really should add something to indicate that there was something more than friendship between them before the end; it'll make Harry look more like a complete waste of space at the end, bout at least it would then fit the romance category. |

*laughs* Oh, now that's a birthday surprise that really has meaning!! I suspect she's going to be frequenting that coffee shop a lot more from now on. It would be fascinating to hear the backstory to James' situation as well as to see where they go from there. IMHO, there's a lot of potential here should you wish to explore it. |
