What a wonderful character study of Harry. Your Harry is so tired, worn from what he suffered and all the expectations still piled on him. I hurt for him regarding Molly blaming him for her sons' deaths--and I also thought she was very in character for that. But it was Hermione that made it. I adored how Harry was so ready to just leave, and she stopped him by offering to let him go. And the last line was absolutely perfect, about how it's not so easy to leave. Thanks!

A wonderful portrayal that (to me) seems much closer to what the characters are than then Superman!Harry and Superpowers!Hermione that are seen in other fics.

This very sweetly shows how Hermione is an anchor in Harry's life. She has been a calming constant since Neville lost his toad so long ago on the Hogwart's Express. Very sweet ... good job!

Short, but sweetly poignant and quite effective. I like the way that, with so much driving him to leave, Hermione provides the grounding that keeps him there and sane. I'd wager a guess that, though he may not realize it, he likely does the same for her. 'Tis always that way in a good, strong relationship.

You know...that wasn't what I expected it to be. I expected the ending to be...different. And I'm glad it wasn't different because I find I would have perfered this ending much better to any other one. =) I liked this story very much. It made me smile.
