That was beautiful, from beginning to end. The emotions were well written and the ending stopped just where it needed. I'm so glad I just stumbled upon this story; it was more than worth the read!

I seem to be extremely lucky today. NO annoying bombshell Hermione, no perfect Harry, no unnecessary physical contact. Just plain good relationship and understanding between Harry and Hermione. I just wished you had a bit more Ron. But, the fic was calming.

Of course it's a worthy H/Hr fic. They are the only fan fic! It's a really great one! I loved it. It was pretty sad on how Sirius died I think it was good tho....

That was so sweet. Distant and sad but very touching. I like the way you've made them have the level of maturity I'd imagine they would after all the things that have happened. Huzzah for you!

There's fluff ... and there's "fluff." I personally prefer the not-so-fluffy kind like this, where emotions are hidden and revealed; where Hermione is not some long-suffering martyr but someone who knows her own mind ... and where Harry has to realize something that has been staring him in the face for too long.

A wonderful read, Katrina -- and a most intriguing idea. Thumbs up, let's give the lady a round of applause!

I enjoyed this fic a lot! It was very in-character, and it really makes me hope that the moment will come in canon when Harry realizes how truly important Hermione is to him. You did a very good job pointing out how much she had done for him, yet how he neglected her. I loved this line:

“I’m waiting for you to realize that you need to talk to me, that you need me to talk to me, that you’d think to look for me here. And I tell you, I waited very long.”

I also like how you tied in the Room of Requirement with the story; great idea! The content of the fic was really good, but you had several grammatical errors, especially with tenses -- you switched from present to past in the same sentence or used the wrong tense. For that, I suggest getting someone to beta-read for you. Otherwise, this was a wonderful story and I hope you continue to write more un-fluff fics!
