I love these sorts of stories, a relationship from another set of eyes. Even better when it isn't somebody we would immediately think of, the Weasleys for example. I think you captured the series through Hermione's mother's eyes wonderfully!

sweet story, I can just see Harry learning about the '55' and wearing that number on his jersey while playing quidditch professionally, while Hermione and the kids have the same number on their team shirts.. kind of like wearing Tony Stewart's #20...

I think that you've made a wonderful job of giving a credible and lovely personality to two people that we've never read about in the books, and that is very hard to archieve when it comes to HP, so bravo.

I really liked your portrayal of Hermione's parents. Their caring attitude towards Hermione and their trust in her shows a possible justification on why they always blend in the background in the books. The fic gives a take on what's going on in their heads after every dangerous adventure Hermione's been through when I still wonder how they could allow their daughter to pursue life full of danger in a world unknown to them. Good job!

Your description of Harry and Hermione's friendship/relationship through Hermione's mother's eyes was exactly how I would picture a parent on the outside looking in viewing it. And the fact that you did not delve into any out-of-character Weasley bashing by only pointing out the canon facts of Ron being a total prat lent to my enjoyment of this fic. There is quite enough in canon not to have to make anything up.

This was the first of your writing that I have read, and if this is a hint at the quality of your work, you have gained a new fan and follower.
