That's a really unique storylibne and I like it. It's interestuing how you Harry has changes but part of him is still the boy from then.
The love-scene was hot, great job! |

*WIcked Laugh* Now that was a smokin' hot story; well-written, too. The explanation for where Harry had been was quite plausible and matches some other stories in kind ("Old Soldiers Never Die" comes immediately to mind). The mystery portion of the story was nicely done, neither too simple nor too complex. The "action" in the resolution was quite enjoyable and nicely described. An excellent read. |

I see why Harry was so cold to Hermione and why he stayed away for so long, getting turned down and having to watch the person you love marry someone else can do that. But what I don't see is how and why he gets over it so fast as if it was nothing. Surley there had to be a lot of hurt and resentment there and I was expecting at least a little fighting about it before the tension won out and they got together. Not to mention, Hermione isn't exactly going to be soothing any of his doubts by being attracted to him now; wanting him only after her marriage and sex life is in shambles AND when he can probably have any other woman in the world. |
Author Feedback: He's had fifteen years to come to grips with what happened. After that long, the initial horrible shock of being turned down would fade. Underneath it all, though, is still their friendship. |

This is an excellent, excellent story! You did such a good job. I couldnt look away from the computer the whole time! I am definately recommending this story to everyone! Well done! |

Meh. Well written, but I just kept thinking about what an asshole Harry is the entire story. Not even one "sorry" for disappearing for fifteen years... ? Jerk. |

Very interesting semi-erotic thriller you've written. I am a bit skeptical about how Lavender seemingly outsmarted Harry twice but I can see it was only to further the plot.
The only real issue I can find in the story is that Hermione had initially turned down Harry for Ron. That action alone would create a rift of insecurity and regret wide enough to blow apart any potential relationship. But the fact that Hermione is showing interest in Harry now only years later after her marriage failed and when Harry's a completely different person just makes her seem like a dim opportunist.
Now if they had it out, (maybe Hermione coming onto Harry and Harry exploding on her saying that she'd already made her bed when she chose Ron) you could bring out all the doubts they might have and put them to rest so it doesn't seem odd when they have a moment of passion with little to no conversation despite the heavy shadow looming over the past between them. |
