I liked this story a lot and hope that maybe one day you decide to continue on with it a couple more chapters.

WHO is gemma? did she go to hogwarts? is she younger/younger/same age than/as james and lily?

For starters, I'm sorry if this review sounds harsh, but I like getting concrit, and I also like giving and it can get a little mean if the author takes it personally.

It sounds like this could be interesting, but it also sounds like you'll be walking a very fine line between making James the most romatic guy in the world and making him the biggest ass; Lily is *pregnant* and James is (according to the summary) apparently considering adultery (I could have misread).

As far as character development in a chapter so short, I get the sense that James is a nice, loving husband (I'm assuming, since Lily is pregnant) trying to calm down his emotional wife, Lily is a stereotypical female, wallowing in self-pity and depression because of her body image (no offense, but it's a boring stereotype), and there really isn't anything I can say about Gemma, since all we know about her is that she's a pretty brunette who said, “Hello, I’m Gemma" and has smiled at James. And why did she go out of her way to tap James on the shoulder and introduce herself? That's a *very* forward thing to do for anyone unless you know the person already or is wanting to ask a question of the person.

Also, who is Fred? Why did he say hello to James? Is "Fred" Fred Weasley or some other Fred? If it's another Fred, clarify, if it's Fred Weasley... clarify (since he's about two years old when Harry is born).

Okay, I guess that's some stuff to work on. =^J I really am interested in where this fic is going though!

Uh oh. I see Gemma coming up more and more in James's life, especially as a new Auror. And since Lily is pregnant and already feeling insecure of herself, this might cause problems. Uh oh...

I don't get the whole Gemma vs. Lily thing... James is marrying Lily...so where does Gemma fall in?
Were James and Lily engaged before or after they found out that Lily was pregnant?
