hmmm, well an Edwardian period story. it's is fairly unique concept, haven't seen too many HP or Harry & Hermmione stories set in this period. the styory itself . . . well, i enjoyed it, although i thought it was was relatively limited by the constraints of this genre.

it read like an odd combo of a Barbara Cartland book, with a bit of smut thrown in. not that i mind smut, (lol, by any means) but it seemed out of place given the rest of the piece. i had almost wished that you had left it out, or not maintained such a "victorian" attitude in the rest of the chapter. it just seemed oddly out of the place. other than that excellent job.

Your adventure into the language and style of Victorian romance has succeeded admirably. Your phrasing and pacing reflect the feeling of an earlier time and bring it forth to the reader. I greatly admire your skills and wish you every success in the future. My words may not be as well crafted as your own, but they are heartfelt.

I LOVE IT!!! there are so many other stories coming out with the whole 19th century england time or whatever. but yours is the first i read. so it'll always be the marker for how good everyone else's is. "10 of anything". hehe. i also like the idea of different names for kids, i don't like when kids are named exactly like their grandparents or whatever. mixing it a little is better. as for the other chapters, i like how you left an opening for a sequel. and i like how they're so conscious of not hurting the other (and themselves), that they're too afraid to act. it just worked so well.

I absolutely loved this story. Awesome job. So original. I'll definitely read the sequel.

This is making no sense at all, even given the situation they're being too..... formal? Ya, formal is the word I was looking for. They have 7 years of friendship, so even being married for reasons less than present true love, they would be a bit more relaxed.
