I have to admit. The first time I read this final chapter I felt disappointment and was let down. I expected the usual unrealistic action wherein the hero suddenly proclaims his love to the beautiful heroine right then and there.

BUT . . . when I read the chapter for a second time . . . well, I fell in love. I realized that I had rushed through my first reading missing so many important details, so many important words and expressions that made this ending so perfect. I have enjoyed every chapter of this story, finding many paragraphs profound and memorable but this final chapter beats them all.
I look forward to reading your published books. You have a wonderful talent with words. I have enjoyed many stories here at Portkey but have only found a handful of writers who I thought were very talented but only one or two who I felt could make that transition from fanfiction to the world of books. You have that ability. I hope you take on that challenge. Best of luck in all that you do! And, thank you for the wonderful stories you leave behind.

This is all too sad for words! I can totally feel the heartache! Why is Harry so blind to Hermione's feelings? Nice that Ron was perceptive enough to know what is going on! Btw - nice comment about how if he wasn't dating Luna, one would question Ron's leanings!
