ooooo sweetness! I do love your little drabbles! I thought your definition of love was really a good one! It seemed more realistic than what I've read in other stories. I really don't like when people write love as some sort of grand romantic thing that is only true in romance novels. I like your simple definition for simply being well......simple.
Write more drabbles! I love dem!
And also write more of "The Return." I love that too.

Author Feedback: Ah... love is messy, insufferable, lovely and frustrating. In certain situations it is romantic... but that's closely followed by the lust part of love...  lol.
More drabbles? Hmm... *thinks* I'm sure I can coax my muse into helping me write more. And for the Return... I have ideas, and I'll write them down as soon as exams are over! This Friday... I can't wait.

Haha new chapter... my exams finish this Friday. The only reason I wrote this and managed to finish it in two days, is because I have a four day weekend at the moment... and I was asked to define love and then there was a plot bunny involved... and my brain wouldn't let me stop thinking about it so I had to write it down. Lol.
A new chapter will be up as soon as is possible. I also *do* have a social life (as limited as it may be ) so it'll probably be after this next weekend.

I think this is much more than "drabble"...your self-deprecating A/N are cute, but disarming. I thought it was quite lovely, and a beautiful piece of fluff.
Getting Harry to the point where he can express his love (and even know what it is) is (I think) one of the challenges ever H/Hr fanfic author has in their storytelling (it's sort of obligatory, like how you handle "Ron finds out" and "the first kiss.") Having Harry figure this out by forcing him to write an essay is a very creative (and orginal, so far as I've read) way of tackling the problem.
If you would consider a second chapter, I'd love to hear how Ron would tackle the same assignment. |
Author Feedback: Ah thanks ^^" I honestly thought it was just a drabble... I find most things silly, and the thing I find silliest is that I'm still in love with HHr. =D I like being silly though, so it's all good.
I'm not sure about a second chapter. My image of Ron would just have him sitting there, staring blankly at a piece of parchment. *shrug* if you've got any ideas, by all means, tell me!
