Aww,that was so...there are too many words to describe it. I personally think that Harry should've punched Malfoy...dump Hermione,something anything. I also think Ron should've told Harry in the kitchen, by himself,instead of with people,even though they're his closets friends. I wonder whats goin to happen next.

Wonderful story. Even if this is a Draco/Ginny, Harry/Hermione fan shipping site, you have done a wonderful job writing the relationships and the emotions that come along with it.

Gee, Calmacil, why are you posting on a Harry/Hermione site if you all you want is for Draco and Hermione to get it on in the end? I mean, seriously!
I kid. I love the story, the progression of the plot and characters--in short, everything! I think it's very believeable that Hermione--feeling like her talents and opinions are being neglected by Harry--might turn to Draco as an unexpected source of empathy temporarily, so long as she realizes her mistake and is back by Harry's side when the final curtain falls. I trust you to pull it off; actually, I KNOW you'll pull it off and knock everybody's socks off all at the same time. It'll be an impressive moment It'd just be nice if everyone else knew what a killer story you have planned and gave you the benefit of the doubt even if they couldn't commit to a brief Draco/Hermione interlude! Anyway, keep up the great work!  |

Hi. I don't know what to say about this chapter. It was well written, and everything but it still goes back to the same issue: hr/D. As a writer I understand what you are trying to do (or what I think you are trying to do). The problem is that is TOO MUCH Hr/D and too little H/Hr, causing the readers a little fear that the story will be a Hr/D story that just BAM! turned to be a HHr story.
Perhaps a little more of interaction between Harry and Hermione could be nice. Something.

Author Feedback: Haha, well, I'm glad you like the writing, at least (that's a start). As far as your D/Hr concerns, believe me, I do understand - and if you check the comments on this story, you can see you're not alone - but I do have it all planned out. I mean, as it says in the story summary, this is a version of the King Arthur myths, so you can sort of see what's coming, and that's why the focus, at this point in the story, is on D/Hr. There is quite a bit more H/Hr in the beginning, and there will be at the end, but in the Aurthrian myths, and in this, there has to be that shift in focus to make the end work. I'm hoping it won't be a BAM! H/Hr story, because I like to think its been a sort of gradual incline to where we are now, but that's just me. I appreciate your comments and don't think you were impolite in the least. Hopefully you'll stick with the story, and in the end, it'll be worth it. |
