And it's just as good the second time around! (As all your stories are...)
So hot and so very intense-- I love intense!H/Hr sometimes. Much as I love H/Hr fluff and sweetness, sometimes I think I need the intense!H/Hr to sort of remind me that H/Hr is not and can never be boring.

Now that was good. I still can't fathom how Ron thinks he can make Hermione happy when he doesn't care about anything she does. He doesn't look past his own wants & needs to even begin to comprehend what she will want or do.

Some desperation, quite a bit of heat, possessive Harry...mix well for an excellent short fic. Very nicely done.

Well written as usual, naturally, but I can't help feeling they are somewhat O/C. You are right calling it a happy end of sorts, but on the whole it's a bit unsatisfying.
