The situation is perfectly described. It is so plausible for Hermione to believe that Harry does not love her though she loves him. Hermione is so real - "He wasn’t going to lose her, just because she had lost him". This is so completely her. I loved the bit when Harry said about the resumption of a relationship with Ginny that he did not get the memo. Harry is so calm, now that he has defeated Voldemort and he can get on with his life. I liked how you had him speaking to Hermione, coaxing her to tell him how she feels.
I really loved this story.

I read Full of Grace a while back and loved it, but neglected to read your one-shot (mainly because I don't read anything lower than R usually..I.'m a hopeless smut fiend) but I'm glad I read it now. It was really quite nice... must go off and read Forever Knight soon, which I said I'd do a while back but I still haven't plucked up the courage...

I am a huge fan of Forever Knight, but for some reason I have not read this until now. It is a wonderful, romantic story.

A very enjoyable story to read. I love the imagery. It almost felt like I was there. The flow of the story was very nicely done. It matched the scenery. I love that they talked like 1) mature adults and 2) very good and dear friends. Well done on this story.

This is kinda randm but I liked how Harry put the band aid on her and charmed the pictures to move. Sort of a muggle-magic type fusion. Sweet!

What a wonderful little ficlet! Wouldn't it be nice if JK did allow the characters to grow in the direction as she originally set them up to?
