i did like the sarcasm at the beginning, and i really do agree that hermione and harry make a lot more sense. ginny got a lot cooler in the second book, but somehow, i still want her with draco... it wouldn't make sense... well, it makes much more sense than ginny and harry! random much? but still, i really did like HBP, and i'm looking forward to the last installment. Who knows? maybe after witnessing the outrage over ginny and harry, jk might change her mind! |

wow!!! this story was soooo great it was so good i could almost picture it in my head especially the part of the singing LOL great job!!!
you know at first i also didn`t want to read HBP when i found out it would be Ginny with Harry (so stupid that pairing really!) but then i got curiosity haha so i read it altough i was suffering every word i read ... it was dung.
and i now have lost all the hopes i had for the last book  but anyways keep up the good work!!! |
Author Feedback: Hey there. Thanks, I'm glad you liked the story. I remember when I first got the book. I drove all the way into town with my mom just to buy it. I skimmed in on the way home, found out Harry and Ginny got together, and threw it. It laid untouched for a very long time.
I still haven't read it. Nor have I read Book 7 either actually.

Wow. You know, I didn't like book six either (except for the bits of voldemort's past, that was neato), but....this fic wasn't very good. Author Feedback: Hmm...I didn't read Book 6, so I haven't got the slightest clue what parts you're talking about that are "neato." Haha, so you didn't like it? I supose that's a bit of a shame. I thought it was rather funny myself, as well as plenty of others, but not all people have that sort of sense of humor. Your silly comments about burning it and all amuse the bloody hell out of me though...*almost* made me laugh...

LMFAO! Goddammit, if only that were true in real life! ARG! I so agree with EVERYTHING here! It's scary, it's like you read my mind.  Ron's only emotion is jealousy. I have nothing against a fangirl ending up with her idol (If you watch Naruto, I'm a fierce Sasuke  Sakura shipper), but Ginny hasn't even taken the time to KNOW Harry like Hermione did.
Book 6 was like some kind of whacked out fanfic straight out of FF.net! WTF on a stick!!!

I agree, Book 6 WAS like a whacked out (wow, I couldn't help but smile when I read that because I say "whacked out" all the time and people look at me like I'm insane...hehe.) fanfic staight out of FF.net (except the words were better, honestly, I've read stories where the word choice is just completely sucky...so I've gotta give HBP props at atleast not sounding like it was written by a 12 yr. old or something...though I still haven't read it...haha). Yeah, TOTAl WTF on a stick!

I thought about making some stupid fic about it because it was a funny song, and I fould loads of parodies of it on ff.net, so naturally, I had to make my own (mine is SO the coolest one because I'm poking fun at JKR and HBP...haha). Anyway, yeah...that's how the story came about, lol. I actually spent loads of time on those lyrics! I'm write ANOTHER song to the lyrics too about driving with my dad...haha. I think my idea might work, I'll have to try it sometime, lol. HBP...ugh, don't even get me started!!! Lol. I loathe it with a passon. Exactly! Well, what can I say? I liked it, it was funny, and it gave me something to do. I wish JK would say that book six was a joke or something, well, I wanted that the moment I read it and thought, maybe she'll say that's not the real book and we'll all get our money back, but nooo... I have no hope anymore, and I don't think she will mend it in book 7, that's why I cling to fics... BTW, loved the new chapter of PVGR and I can't wait for the next chapter of that story. Also, are you ever going to update "take it from me, never interview Mr. Potter"? I hope you do, I like that story as well... well, nice one shoot, keep up with the good job  |
Author Feedback: Haha, I'm glad it gave you something to do for a few minutes and that you liked. I haven't read HBP yet, I honestly don't think I will. I remember the day I got it...wow. I was so pumped. I bought it, eagerly looked through it to see if my ship sailed, and was let down when I came across Harry breaking up with Ginny at the end. Completely pissed, I looked through it for any sign of Harry and Hermione, but didn't find anything. I threw it at my wall and just laid in my bed, completely numb, lol. Usually when I don't like a fic, I'll just laugh and click out of it. I was trying to do the same with that book, just brush it off, but it kept coming back to be "This isn't some story. This the JKR, this is Book Six. The REAL one. I can't change it." My love for the HP series died that night, lol. I love the universe, I love the characters, which is why I still write. A lot of authors just gave up after HBP, but it actually kinda spurred me on. Readers want to read Harry and Hermione, so that's what I'm trying to give them (It also gives me practice for writing my own novel!). But yeah, I hardly every actually read fics any more unless they're AU because I don't like what JKR did with Book Six. I'm picky, but oh well. Haha, I guess I kinda rambled there, sorry.
Great, I'm glad you loved my last chapter of "The Potter Vs. Granger Rivarly!" I am currently working on the next chapter of it, as well as 2 brand new stories I haven't posted yet...what can I say, I need variety! And yes, I will eventually update "Take It From Me, NEVER Interview Mr. Potter." To be honest, I planned for it just being a quick 2 shot and that's it, but some people argued and said it would make a good actual fic, so I caved it. It's my comic relief, lol. But I have NO plans whatsoever, which makes it a bit difficult. I don't have my other stories planned out either, but I do have a bit of an idea as to what point I want to take them to, for my "Interview" story, I'm cluless! But I am going to sit down one day, reread both chapters, and write a third, I promise! Thanks so much for the reiview! (Sorry for the long reply, I just couldn't stop! Forgive me!)

I have no idea how J.K. Rowling could go and make everyone so out of character! It's just wrong! I hate the way Hermione acted... that's definitely not her!
But believe it or not, I have hope that MAYBE just MAYBE, Jo will do one of those famous "twists" she's so good at, and switch EVERYTHING around in book 7 to surprise us... and THEN end up having Harry with Hermione and all =D
Because HONESTLY, there are so MANY hints to Harry and Hermione in the HP books, and NONE to Harry and Ginny (And what's with Hermione/Ron - yeah, there were hints, but they weren't J.K. Rowling type of hints, they were too obvious for her style, which is why I think she might twist it around...) and Jo also has lots of her foreshadowing and such based off of Greek Mythology, and Harry and Hermione rode on Buckbeak together, and a Hippogriff is the sign of love... and in OotP when Hermione hugged Harry, Pigwidgeon flew around their heads, and that's the sign of a couple destined to be together! So Jo would be going against all of the foreshadowing she's had so far that was based on mythology and all (all that stuff she tried to shove into all the books to make them more interesting) if she doesn't put Harry and Hermione together! And neither Ron and Hermione nor Harry and Ginny have any mythology-based foreshadowing behind their relationships!
And Ron and Hermione could never survive spending a whole day together without biting each other's heads off!

I know! I still haven't read it, but from what I HAVE looked at....wow, no sense at all! Yeah, Hermione wasn't herself at all, not to mention I feel that Harry acted a bit like an asshole to her, but that's just me. I was surprised at his behavior, especially after the end of the last book! She almost got killed! I like the love potion idea, so JKR MIGHT have a twist up her sleeve, but I don't really have much hope. If that is the case, and Harry and Hermione get together in Book Seven, I will consider reading HBP. If not, oh well. YES! Harry and Hermione are hinted constanly, but subletly at the same time. NONE of Harry and Ginny in the least. And yeah, there's hints of Ron and Hermione, but they make no sense as a couple at all. They are too wrong for each other. Ron is just protective, that's it. I've heard about the Hippogriff being the sign of love, which makes sense. HUGE hint for Harry and Hermione. I didn't know that about Pig, but it rocks! She WOULD be going against everything if it's not Harry and Hermione. They're the only couple that actually makes sense and that would be based on love. Harry and Ginny? Ginny is hardly even shown in the books, VERY briefly mentioned. Even in Book Two, it wasn't much. Then SUDDENLY in Book Six, she's there? It's crazy. And Hermione with Ron? Ron is too jealous, not to mention Hermione isn't his type and vise versa. They would kill each other!

Harry and Ginny?!?! Honestly! I HATE Ginny with a passion, lol. I've actually got a new idea for a story, and it is SO harsh to Ginny's character...I can't wait to start it! Haha. Harry getting with her instead of Hermione is like...the Prince getting with one of the Ugly Step Sisters instead of Cinderella! It's barking mad!
I was a Ron/Hermione at one time...pretty much the worse fifteen minutes of my life! Lol, just kidding. I am hardcore Harry/Hermione! I wanted to work the "WonWon" thing in my lyrics, but couldn't find a place for it. I might do two more chapters of my story for the lyrics for the other songs mentioned on the "CD," and I WILL work WonWon into that one! Lol.
