Hmmm… I actually read Lemonade a while back as a one-shot and I thought it was great. It was real and gritty and raw and angst and sexy as hell. I loved how you had the trite and cutesy dialogue between the two couples juxtaposed to the wild, uninhibited, almost animalistic coupling between Harry and Hermione. Then you pull them apart with Ginny’s pregnancy at the end and it’s a painful and poignant reminder that while the war is over they are still trying hard to do the right thing and to fill the roles that are expected of them. I thought the scene at the end was especially poetic with Hermione toasting Harry with a glass of lemonade on the balcony. Overall it was a great piece of writing. When you added the additional chapters though, I couldn’t help feel that it cheapened it somehow. While I love happy endings, the addition of EvilSlut!Ginny and Hothead-turned-pushover!Ron seemed unrealistic and sapped the story of its drama. Your first chapter seemed to strive for such realism but it was lost to the expense of a happy ending in chps. 2 and 3. Just my two bits, sorry.

that was just okay..but I find the Ron-letting-go-of-Hermione freely, to be too unnatural?is that the right word?
He was too calm and too accepting to be doing that..there should have been a bit more bitterness in there...
But anyway, this is still great...
I wish gossip articles and paparazzi would abound Harry and Hermione...makes things more exciting!
Anyway, I really hope you'd update soon!! Great job on this!

I am delighted with this chapter. I never thought I'd actually get to read it - after reading chapter one several months ago (before chapter two was posted), I cried. (And then I read it for pwp purposes later, but never mind that. I'm male. You know how it works.)

I like how this "ended." It wasn't cliche, which is much appreciated. I would love to see an epilogue written for this (although I hope it doesn't take as long as the third chapter to come out).
