Haha, very cute. It's always fun to see how clueless Harry can be. Hermione seemed very in character. I could just picture her cringing and tensing as someone else tried to drive her precious car. Absolutely adorable! |

it seems like Harry is the one who always gets the short end of the lessons. except for that last one. but Hermione dragged him there, so i don't feel so bad.
she's really bossy in this story and i'm sorry, but i cringed. it seems like she is making Harry do something that he doesn't want to do. although you did successfully remind me of why i'm definitely not ready for kids.

As for the bossiness, there're points in the books where I think Hermione is just as bossy, so I don't think I'm far off the mark.
In the later stories, I think she mellows out which could be either the character mellowing out or my just getting the hang of writing Hermione. But I'll let you read and be the judge. |

i love how the roles are reversed. although, i kind of think that Hermione would be good at cooking since she's so good at potions. but that's just me.
but how come you didn't tell us from the start that they were together?
i kind of feel like you took Hermione to an obsessive compulsive level that i don't really think she is. i think she's just insecure and that's why she so much of a perfectionist. feel free to disagree. |
Author Feedback: The way I see the whole potions vs. cooking thing is that some people can bake but can't cook and other people can cook but can't bake (that'd be me). It's all cooking, just different types.
As to your second question, if it's on Portkey, their relationship should be a given.  But I didn't say so from the start because the first story just didn't work out that way.
I agree that she's insecure, but just because she's in a relationship with Harry, doesn't mean she's no longer insecure about the rest of her life and therefore have a need for perfection. As for alphabetizing the furniture and the like (which I'm guessing is what Hermione seem obsessive compulsive), that was just Harry exaggerating. |

This is an interesting twist on things. But why would Hermione want a Porche. I love Porches and all, but a muggle contraption like that?

I always thought Hermione looked like the type of girl who needed to let her figurative hair down. And because she's such a practical person and a Porsche is, basically, an impractical car (unless you race for a living), it seemed like a perfect car. |

Great work I liked it a lot. Very funny I love to see how the two of them really complement each other. I just wished JK Rowling would see that.  I don't think she wants to give us the satisfaction of seeing the pair of them as a couple.
Oh well... that's why we have FanFiction, right?

Author Feedback: Well, I don't know what to tell you. *shrug* It was thoroughly read over by one of my best friends who lives just outside Bristol. She's very picky about that sort of stuff and she gave it her two thumbs up. When she gets back from Costa Rica next month I'll ask her about it and if any changes need to be done, I'll reload the story so it flows better. |

“Well, I figured you were already well acquainted with teaspoons. You are Ron's friend after all,” That line was probably the best line. So hilarous! I loved it. It was a great idea for Harry teaching Hermione how to cook. I like this idea because Hermione isn't perfect at everything. Great job. |
