Despite the supposed OOC-ness (I actually don't think it was that far from being a true Harry - except the whole leaving Hermione thing because we all know he loves her too much for that ) I think this is one of your better one-shots. There was so much feeling in it, and the lovemaking scene was one of the best I've ever read - it had so much emotion to it, with Hermione crying and Harry soothing her. Very bittersweet. Fantastic piece.

I don't find it to OOC, I believe Harry would do that for Hermione, he would think that he's holding her back and let her go. Something Ron IMO wouldn't do. Two thumbs up

I liked this, but to say they had been apart for almost 3 years, and from your inferences, it was a painful break up, Harry wasn't in the door 5 minutes before they were heading for the bedroom.
Hermione went from angry to horny in the blink of an eye. All her thoughts of taking her time trusting him again out the window.

Maybe this should have been more than a one-shot.
Still a good piece of work though.

Harry was a bit of an idiot in this. But then again I get the impression that Hermione didn't try to fight the break up. Perhaps there was more to how it happened then what was said in this. *shrug* Great fic!
