Oh, I loved this one.
You really used Ginny's perspective to good effect to display the depth and rightness of the relationship between Harry and Hermione. I almost felt sorry for Ginny here and I admired her acceptance of the situation. I also liked how Ron, too, was accepting of the relationship between his friends and how he helped Ginny accept it.

aww,,,,,,,, oh my gosh..poor ginny....little weaselette got her hopes up and now it got crushed.... maybe he'll be with draco someday...or neville.... but still she seems so miserable here....... but i'm still happy.... yay for harry and hermione!!!!! I support the good ship...i support h/hr!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally making my rounds of the book1-6 spoiler fics, and WOW. Hooray for H/Hr and Ginny taking the backseat! After reading only the first four books a few times, I wrote a rant about my whole theory when it comes to the romantic points of HP, citing how "Hermione" even looks like "heroine," but never was I as successful as you were with getting that point across. ahehehe... i like the angst on this one..... and putting Ginny in this light makes her adorable... come to think of it... i never really thought of her adorable... ever... so there... that's a big change in my perspective...

Ginny watching and considering H/Hr has been the motif of many fanfics, and this is a very good one.
I especially liked Ron.

The same motif with a totally different background is used in "A deeper love" by paracelsus (portkey story 4704) which I recommend reading.

As much as I dislike Ginny I can't help but feel a little sorry for her. In this fic I can't help but feel she should have found someone at the end of it.

Aw, poor Ginny. Even though I can't stand her in HBP, in fandom I've always had a soft spot for her.

She, Ginny Weasley, was never a part of the Happily Ever After.

this was a really lovely story - a nice way to see it fron ginny's point of view, without making her evil or out of character.

I enjoyed this very much, in a quiet sort of way.

I love fairy tales so I liked the metaphoric not-so-under tones

I absolutely, completely love it! It's excellent, awesome, fantastic one shot.

My favourite line was "The hero and heroine have already been cast", because that's really what it does come down to... I don't care how delusional that is! I liked the somber tone, and it just served to drive home that some truths just cannot be ignored, no matter how much people may not want to see it.

That's a little sad on Ginny's part. Very cute on the compariosion with princes and princesses. Great job.
