Ahhh. It's been a while. I loved it! Soo...quiet Ginny, eh? She's just like she was in her younger years then. Heh. And a stuttering Harry? Had me laughing the whole time for some reason. Guess I'm weird that way. Hermione was perfect as usual. She is my personal favorite after all. And where was Ron this whole time? Somewhere in the background?

So was there a flashback scene somewhere in the middle of this chapter? I couldn't tell. But I was sort of confused when the first few paragraphs repeated again during the end. Wah!
Sorry I keep pointing out your mistakes. I guess it's in my nature or something. I've gotten so used to pointing out mistakes in people's writings that it actually has become second nature.

Author Feedback: I didn't like this chapter as much as the previous ones, seeing as I wrote it in a real rush. I'm attempting to write a few things:
1. Original plotline where Harry, Hermione and Ron find the Horcruxes differently from all the other seventh year fics out there.
2. Ron and Hermione's relationship falls apart, not in one chapter, but rather over time.
3. Harry and Hermione getting together eventually. It'll be worth it, trust me ^_^.
4. Something to do with Kingsley (who's far to under used in most fics in my opinion), Tonks and Lupin. Though I'm not going to spoil anything ^_^
So we'll have one plotline (the hunt for the Horcruxes) and three different subplots, all of which will come together at one point.
The conclusion of course.

...I hate Hermione together with Ron, and I really hate that you have them in the same room. I really have a hard time beliving that Hermione would do that, it just doesn't seem right. Though I'm going to keep reading in hope that they break up rather soon (1-2ch) otherwise I'm going to stop reading before this ruins my night. Hell Ron thought of as the better person of the two lights a fire in me, that I rather don't like. Well on to the next chapter with my fingers crossed |
Author Feedback: I don't loathe the Hermione and Ron relationship all together, but just how Rowling writes it in is rather ... pathetic in my opinion. The fifth book ended off with Sirius's death and Hermione at a near death expirence. Yet Rowling seemed to mention nothing of those two, what I consider, major events in the next book.
Instead we're talking about parties, snogging sessions and jealousy -_-" which, under nomal circumstances, Hermione Granger would be FAR above.
Every ship in every story has its own properties and its own pros and cons. But I could imagine the Ron and Hermione relationship ALOT different from how Rowling stuck it in.
Because of this, I have to change my fanfic writing somewhat. You'll have to understand that I want to stick to canon as much as possible and that requires a small Ron and Hermione relationship and Harry and Hermione getting back together ... piece by piece.
You have to understand. I'm not just going to ignore everything in the sixth book (no matter how much I want to), but I am going to accept it and write this fic and all of my other ones (eventually).

Though I do hope you have something happen to the toad soon, as it really does ruin a story when they let her run around unpunished for her crimes in the 5th book. well....interesting. very interesting. so, i expect a word with mcgonagall - or a visit either way. lets see, perhaps with the visit dumbledore will speak with them. or, the trio decides to go off to godric's or maybe the school to research and then realize maybe there is a horcrux in the school. or somewhere near; hogsmeade maybe? so very interesting!

Ahh.
About the slow-going H/Hr romance...I love fics like that. It keeps me reading it. I hate those fics where it's like, "Oh, Hermione's grown so beautiful now. I think I lovr her..." And then the next chapter they get together. I really hate that.
Anyways, I love the storyline so far.
At least Dumbledore still exists in some form. Is the trio going back to school? Or are they dropping it altogether?
Okay, I caught one mistake. Here it is:
"...Hermione continued to comfort her as best as she could."
Shouldn't the 'her' be a 'he'?

oh, good fic. very good fic. so....are ron and hermione in the same guest room at the dursleys? i'm assuming so. and they are together right now? ugh, how long do you think your fic will be? i'm wondering if you're gonna have it slow paced or fast paced.....this is the first i hear of a person going to a painting coughing up blood. good details. ugh. kinda gross. i hope you update again soon! so if harry and hermione become head boy and girl, do you plan on ron getting really jealous? or perhaps insisting on staying with them there 24/7? oh, i can't wait to find out their decisions! update soon please!
