I have to say it: I love you. Really, I do. Your fics are fantastic, and anyone who doesn't see that is crazy.

This may be a bit later, but I found a few issues with this one, though:
"The professor opened her mouth to ask another eager question when the bell rand her query was drowned out by the students' chattering."
I'm guessing you meant '...the bell rang, and her...', that or something to that effect. If not, I don't know what rand means. :]

Next, in the second part of the story you wrote, "...even though they weren't even in the same room at the moment." Then, after the letter, it says, "She smiled at the back of his head as he poured some newt brain into his bubbling potion." How can Lily look at the back of his head if they're in different rooms? Or did I miss something?

I loved the roses, by the way, and the whole Circe thing.

Sorry if I was a bit off on those two things. They just didn't make sense to me. Beautiful story, though.
