Not bad, but where was HHr in here? In that part that Hermione was *missing* thought she would be with harry or something like that- but no. It's nice, but I guess it's a LJ/Fiction Alley material not Portkey.

Lots of pain here, both spoken and unspoken. You caught the stress and sense of pressure and desperation really well too.

Although I thought that Harry's sudden attraction to Hermione seemed a bit forced, your portrayal of the Dursleys is one of the best I have ever read. Rather than being over-the-top cruel or wishy washy, they retained their original personalities. Petunia was shrewd and hardened while Vernon was perfectly despicable.

hey great fic...was good to see you phrase harry's responces.you are very good in dialouge writing...hopefully you will write up more soon enough....it was a great chapter portrayed in midst of war.and though i cant see any connection with harry-hermione,i was a great fic on its own as well.hope you write something more direct in approach soon.best of luck,do try wrting a sequel to this one.....one another one off soon.

i really enjoyed it. i thought it was very well written (no spelling mistakes ~ of what i could see) and brilliant plot. it is definelty a story to continue on from 'harry potter and the half blood prince' and the feelings and thought of each character were relistic and that is a good quality to have in writing. i think you did have to look hard to find signs of hermione and harry but it made your story different from all the others ones so it was a ordinal read.overall i loved it. brilliant story! happy new year. keep up the good work.

I do try to make my stories as grammatically correct as possible, especially spelling, so it's nice to have someone tell me I managed it. When I wrote this, it wasn't to bring out a Harry/Hermione relationship. I really just wanted to do something between Molly and Harry because I think the relationship they have is one of the most important in the books. She's his primary mother figure, and I wanted to show that Harry realizes and is thankful for that. I also thought it would be cool to do it from Molly's POV. She's a great character. She's also one that we don't see much of in either fanfiction or the actual books. I really wanted the focus on her.

Not bad not bad. I know that not every story doesnt need a pairing even though they are usually liked more but this one shot says otherwise. You've crafted it into a great story that most people will have to like, so keep writing and Happy new YEAR!

I quite enjoyed this. It was very realistic. I've always liked the relationship between Harry and Molly.
I hope you will write that epilogue.
