There's absolutely no need for you to apologise for the ways you use to cope with your grief. I lost my grandmother last year, and it was horrible, so please know that I sympathise with you. I know that no words will seem like comfort now. Just do what you have to in order to remember her, celebrate her life and move on. I'm so deeply sorry for your loss...
