Happy day-or-two-after-Halloween! A few more comments about your wonderful little story, I just loved all the little bits, "and doing very nicely, thank you." and " you bet your broomstick they did!" Very nice with the first kiss and how it happened and how they figure out what it means. Very in character and so very cute.

On to Halloween! Went to work as a more-or-less Captain Jack Sparrow from "Pirates" then went to a friends house to pass out candy and take his little one to a few houses. I then went to a near by street where they waaaaay get into the spirt of the night! They block off like a mile long streach and almost every house is very decorated[all kinds of smoke machines, strob and black lights, and cemetary set ups]the street are filled with people of all ages in costumes! Lots of fun, actually had several people get their picture with me,and at least these two teenage girls acting like I really was Depp, abit surreal that. I had the whole rolling, half drunk mincing hand waving walk down so it was great fun. After that I went to a smallish club where my store was having a party and MC'd a costume contest. There was a Hogwarts student there but as her costume was rather plain couldn't give her the prize. One of the girls from work was quite drunk and dressed as a warrior and kept tring to slice people up with her plastic sword [eventually she DID give me a very small cut on my cheek, but it went with my costume so it was all good fun]

I did see and like "Kingdom of Heaven". Abit over earnest, bit white-washing of history, kind of weird to make an anti-war, action film, but still good.[Its not LOTR, but nothing is] I like Orlando, and the wife likes to look at him as she would say. The sound track is also amazing, wonderful Greggorin chants and tradional arabic flurishes.It's kind of funny David Thewlis [Lupin] and Brendan Gleeson [Mad-eye] are both in it.
Erh enough, must srub off the makeup and ride the bike.

Jejeje... Janie, this was hilarious. One of the best one-shot stories I've ever read. You are simple one of the best. Though this was fluff, I had a great time reading it. Also is so different from what you are currently writing that it give us a different perspective from your talent. And some of the things you wrote on the stories are like parallels of what is going on right now is the supposedly relationship between Dan and Emma. And no, I don't ship them, I support them which is completely different. I really had some smile here and there while reading the story. Can't wait for your reply and for Thursday, the next update.
