absolutely fantastic. this is the second time ive read this fic and it was still as breathtakingly stunnning in its complex execution and beautiful thematic undercurrents. mad props. seriously

If there's an incredible, mindblowing, perfect piece of fanfiction in existence, it's definitely this one! I can't even begin to express how much I like it. I'm as big a fan of Kim Harrison as I'm a Potter fan, so your story is - and now I can't help repeating myself - just perfect.

It's got the gloomy flow of the later HP novels, with all the emotional roller coaster rides and erotic vibes from the Rachel Morgan series, stirred together with the sharp wit that made Matt Ruff one of my favourite authors. This is the first story in a long time that even managed to invade my dreams, the last that did that was LOTR, more than ten years ago.

Please don't stop writing. Write an original novel, publish it and give everybody else a run for their money. Oh, and drop me a note when you do so, so I can line up at the bookstore in time to be the first to get it!

I remember when I first read this story, I was sobbing my eyes out on those parts from when Hermione died until after Harry found her again. And listening to Christina Aguilera's song called HURT, did not help matters. This is the second time that I've read it. I must say it's one of the best stories so far...

dear me! this has gotto be the best love-making senes i have ever read. every other one drew a picture in my head of harry's pefect love making, but this was raw, jagged and very amature style.
at first i was confused amount hermione returnin harr's feelinsg but you later confirmed it for me.
i love it. i dont just read it at home, heck i even email the page to my work email (as i dont have email access) and comsume my self in it there as well.

Has it really been a year already??? Wow, how time has flown, huh? This story STLL brings me the joy it did all those months ago and, considering what DH did to me, that is a welcome slice of home. Whenever I'm down and upset, jaded and angry, I can always pull out FK and know what we all know still... that H/Hr is beautiful and timeless.

Simply Brilliant. If ever there was a mature piece of writing, with wit and fancy, emotions and logic, love and betrayal, blood and lust, all combined in one 'unputdownable' story... this is it.

Congratulations, for having written something that all of us adults can read and remember that deep in our hearts, we still do believe in magic.

I'm still kinda confused about the plot...I mean, I STILL can't see how they got from this to the first chapter, but I'm not even a third done yet, so I guess I need to keep reading.

I was put on to this fic by my Beta, who I have since been cursing and thanking in equal measure.

This is, quite simply, one of the very best works of fan fiction I have ever had the pleasure to read. It's so good, in fact, that I have been kept away from writing more chapters of my own fic due to being so engrossed in yours! Thankfully I already had a few written, so I haven't fallen hopelessly behind, it was a bloody close thing though mind you!

I can find no words to describe to you how utterly blown away I am by your writing, and in my opinion, that is the best compliment I can possibly give to you, usually I'm never lacking something to say, just ask my friends
