I adored this movie so I was very excited to see this fic. I hope it’s as good as the movie. So far it looks VERY promising and since I know how the movie goes I eagerly await new updates.

However I am very surprised an admin hasn’t removed your story or given you warnings since when you applied to portkey the rules clearly state that “Ships marked with a star will not be contradicted in any stories, and graphical scenes between characters that contradict a ship listed above are not accepted. This means that graphical scenes between Ron/Hermione may not occur as it contradicts Harry/Hermione.”

Which means that sex scenes between H/G is NOT allowed, married or not it’s simply not supposed to be allowed on PK. I think implied scenes are ok (but are rarely ever received too nicely by hard core H/Hr fans, which I think makes up the majority of PK readers), but going into details and being so graphic is NOT allowed unless it PK canon ships like H/Hr, R/L, J/L etc. Maybe the admins are being slack and will allow this story/that scene to stay up but I would at the VERY least put a HUGE warning before the start of that chapter for readers. I for one did not appreciate walking into such a graphic scene between H/G with no warning, not only because it’s not supposed to be allowed on PK but also there was no warning. I’ve seen readers tear authors apart for containing such scenes (and even tamer ones) in their fics and I would honestly hate to see this fic go before it got a chance to get to the good parts, so if I were you, I’d be very very careful.

Most readers come to PK to avoid such scenes between H/G like you had in chapter 1. If I weren’t such a fan of A Walk In the Clouds as soon as I read that scene I would have stopped reading and never come back to this story (that’s how strongly I’m against H/G hence why I come to PK since those scenes aren’t supposed to be here in the first place), but I already had to suffer through that scene so hopefully the R rating was not because of that scene. If I had to suffer through such a nauseating and sick H/G scene, I hope at the very least the payoff will be good and we’ll get some better R rating H/Hr scenes later on in the story. Otherwise if the R rating was for the H/G scene, you’re going to have many angry readers on your hands.

This will be a great fic, I think I`ve seen the movie recently and keanu reeves played it well, it has lots of romance. So hopefully h/hr in this fic will also.

Umm I can not say much for this chapter since I really didnt enjoy reading it. I mean, not that your story is bad...but it is just that...the scene is *not enjoyable*

I have seen that movie, one of my favorites. So I do hope we get to see less of this Ginny thing and more of Hermione.

This is an excellent start to an excellent story! I've seen the movie and I know how it goes, this fits in really well with that. Even if I hadn't seen the movie I would still wonder why Ginny is acting so strangely, but I believe that she is having an affair like her movie counter part. Anyways, keep up the terrific work and keep the chapters flowing! H/Hr always and forever!

ummm yuck with the whole love between harry and ginny......you better be careful or the admins are going to boot this story off the site because any sort of graphic scene between harry and anyone not anmed hermione is not allowed.

I have not seen the film, so this story will be new to me.

I'm a little upset that chapter one is all H/G.
I absolutely hate that ship, so I can't review this without puking

For an H/Hr shipper it's pretty horrible to read any sex scenes that don't involve them.

Nicely written, but you have to move away from H/G really quickly (next chapter ), or you've lost this reader.
