Perfection!
I love Ron's reaction to it in the end. Most fics have him getting all angry, but I would imagine that as long as he saw how happy they were, he would be happy.

Oh, it was so good! I loved it!
That was so perfectly HHr! I don't know what to say really... but great work! *cry* |

I really liked it - especially since you included 1 Corinthians. A friend of mine read that at my wedding. That is the love that I see between Harry and Hermione and that is why I love them as a couple so much. I am very impressed at the way that you expressed it - taking one line at a time and translating it into a story. Thank you so much for writing this story! It's definitely one of my favorites. |

I really liked this story. It directly addresses the reason I like H/Hr... because the relationships you have described are very much in character. I've always been a sucker for I Cor. 13 |

It's sweet, it's nice, it's accurate, it's almost enough to reduce anybody who's got a heart at all to tears! It's great! |

Very good. I liked it quite a lot. You did a fantastic job at writing it. I kinda wish it would really happen to them. |

I just read this really sad story, and I wanted to say your story was good and so sweet that it cheered me up right away. |

That was amazing! I loved it... now if only JK will realize what love is... At least we know... |

An excellent piece, and an inspirational bit of basis, no? You did a great job taking what I feel to be the guidebook on love and applying it to H/Hr. Kudos. You wrote it well, and it gelled nicely. Congratulations.

WOW! if this isn't your best work, i really need to read your others! this perfectly shows why (despite the "anvil sized" hints which i still can't see; everything I see just points to ron having a crush on hermione and her only seeing him as a friend) harry and hermione are made for each other. |

Beautiful story chrisfaithalin. I like the first letter of St. Paul to Corinthians because he describes better than anyone what real love is. Keep up the good work. |

I've always wanted to do a story centered on that scripture. I don't mind that you beat me to it. It's gratifying to know that someone understands what love really is. I believe that Harry is destined to learn the true meaning of love in the final book, and it will have nothing to do with snogging pretty girls in broom cupboards. It will entail all that you have described, and more besides. Ginny may have Harry's youthful fancy, but she can never have his heart. That is already the property of a certain bushy-haired bookworm. All they need to do is open their eyes and see the truth. Bonds far stronger than physical attraction have been woven thread by thread over the years, uniting Harry and Hermione in a way that no one else can approach.
It's going to be a long two years (or more) until the last book vindicates us. Until then, stories like this will serve to keep the (bluebell) flame alive. As the saying goes, don't keep the faith -- share it. You have done so here, and we are all the richer for it. Many thanks. |

This was a good reminder of what the power that voldemort knows not really is. Constant bickering is not love. The platonic love in OOtP between Harry and Hermione is far closer to the words of St. Paul than the romantic drivel in HBP. Good idea for a story, and the final copy is not bad, being written on short notice. |
