This has way more chapters than any of the books. I like the development in each chapter.

I kind of wish that it was possible to add a story to favs without having to review; especially in the cases (like this one) where I don't have time to read, but I've heard so many good things about this story that I wanted to save it for later. Ah well. Consider this a pre-review for the one I'll submit later after I've actually read a couple of chapters.

A monumental work! At least I'm emotionally exhausted from reading. It's hard to argue that too many were lost since it is your story. The personal feeling of loss demonstrates the quality of the writing and I'm thankful there are folks like you willing to put their work out there for readers to enjoy.

Way too much credit given to Ron...and why didn't Luna get an Order of Merline 1st class?

Ron was the comedic relief...and he had oh...2-3 brilliant moments the entire series, which felt rather manufactured...in essence to give the character meaning...

Thanks for writing,
Matt

I'd say all of the due respect for the adults in the Order would result in the same amount as they accomplished in the war. Not a damned thing.

Respect is earned in my book, and since they hadn't earned any they shouldn't be due any...

Managing to survive does not make you warrant respect...

Thanks for writing,
Matt

Right well the end explained Harry and Hermione's behavior the prior year, but what explains Ron's behavior for sixth year, aside from him being a dink and douche bag for seemingly taking advantage of his friend under enchantment.

What a guy that Ron Weasley is, overvalued and never accountable, even when you've tried to make him better than he ever could hope to be in canon.

Thanks for writing,
Matt

Couldn't ditch Ron and bring Luna? Would seem like a more useful team.

Nice. Now, if we can just not see or hear any more from the old fart and Ron could fade away. Missign the Burrow wouldn't be bad either. Having the two share one room would be nice. Did I mention that eliminating Bumbles and the Weasleys would not be any great loss?
Thanks.

Thanks for a spectacular read. That seems a tad inadequate, but there it is. Given the train wrecks that are HBP and DH, I really appreciate the authors like yourself that develop these characters and the story to do justice to its potential.
