i love this it is very well written. however where is the harry hermione? although maybe there shouldn't have been any considering the situation? i don't know. anyway brilliant story and hope you update more happier harry hermione stories. |

I can't say that I love your story-after all who loves a story that has to do with the death of one of literature's greatest characters? But your story was incredibly moving in a way I cannot put into words.

WOW! Loved the speech Harry gave. I expected him to give a speech too, I was a little disapointed that he didn't. But I would have to say that was an exelent one you wrote. Like how he talked about Dumbledore as the man he was and not what others made him out to be.   |

I really like it. Your speech was great, well technically it was yours in Harry's character. But. . . Where's the Hermione/Harry relationship. When I finished reading I was touched by the speech but something was missing. It was the H/Hr connection or. . . something to that effect. There is also a lack of angst and some other feelings like remorse and guilt (Harry does blame himself for the death of people in his life).
But it was still really good and I liked it! |

Mmmmm... that was okay, I guess. It was just a Harry scene. No Hermione. Not even a mention of her. (And there's a mention of Ginny?!!)
So in my book it was just okay.

I'm sorry there was no Hermione, it's just this was a story of Harry's feelings towards Dumbledore, I don't think it'd be appropriate to have romance at a time like that (although J.K. feels otherwise) And Ginny was sitting on that side of Harry to get out into the aisle, so I just mentioned it. lol I'll write more romance soon adn then you can tell me what you think of that! Author Feedback: Hello! thanks so much for reviewing! I threw in the Dursley bit because it was essential to Harry's trust of Dumbledore. Harry hated the Durlseys, and thought he should be with Ron and his family all summer, but he stayed there anyway. Why? Just because dumbledore told him to, without any acutal reason. He finally realized why, and how much dumbledore cared for him, and how much he had protected him, and he fully understood how much dumbledore took responsibility. And how no matter how bad something may seem, there's always a reason for it. Thanks again! <3 <3 Erin |

Ok, ok! I'll write! I think this was THE best "speech fic" I've read and rated it appropriately.
I felt that you kept Harry in character through the entire story and it could just as well been JK's. Too many of the others just couldn't pass up spoiling the story by some subtle JKR bashing. Yours stayed with the storyline intended for this scene.
On to read some of your others! I'm hoping they're just as good.  -- Troll

Author Feedback: Hello! Oh I'm so glad you liked it! I tried to keep Harry in character, because I HATE when characters in authors stories just randomly go off into their own thing and I'm like what?? (Unless of course they're spoofs or parodies, those are hilarious!)
I'd love your thoughts of some of my other stories, although many of them were written a long time ago. i just never got around to finishing them.
