I liked it. Not much else to say, i liked the little details i noticed. Well, i might be reading your others ones now, so i'll reveiw on those too.

Harry and Hermione really have guilt problems don't they? Well anywyys i loved the story.

You keep getting outstanding ratings at your stories, but here comes a constuctive crtitic...,
that you shoul put your stori something new, something unexpected, something that can make you bite your nail for days and as every good story, give you that feeling of "I'm longing for the day I forget,most of it so i can have a pretext to read it again", well i thing, from what i know of you, that you will find this rather easy, but as any constructive critic, here come some ideas from where you could base your next chapter of this story:
for example, you could, make that fawkes reapears and mourns ovoer harry's grave(it would be better if it happens while ron and hermione are still in the graveyard by a reason of your choise, so thees more drama in the turn) harry, and then sends out a cry, not bad, but those ones only a fenix can make, and then suddenly otter fenixs appera and come flying from the ski and all of them start crying on harrys grave, and then for some miraculous and magical and fantastic eason there is a beam of light from the skii and when the light ends r&hrm see harry reapearing from his grave, and as he walks aout, he tells them something funny and kind of sweet -sarcasm, and hrm&ron hug him and hermione(hrm)kisses him, and the you can put a good untie or you can continue a how his life goed on from that day, and what the profet sayd about it and if you've read hp6 you can also connect this whit your chapter of the "Nine long months" and go a bit further and include a visite to "the white tomb"

Well thats all i have to tell you, 'hpe what i seid helps you at least a lil' bit and also hope to read your next updates or stories whit or with out my recomendations

Yeah, I've got a couple that I'm working on at the moment, only quite short, but hopefully enough so I can put an author application in!

I've also got a major one that I've been planning since before HBP came out, and I'm definitely going to carry on with that one, fitting a couple of things from HBP into the plot. I actually already had an offshoot of the horcrux idea already planned, so it'll just take a little adapting and it will fit nicely!

I think we've all got a duty to write (pun intended!) the wrongs of HBP!

Don't worry even the tiniest bit about what the people and mods over at Mugglenet think! They haven't got a clue about characterisation in HP, and if they think yours are OOC, then they're DELUSIONAL!

Seriously, though, after the whole JKR interview business, I wouldn't trust Mugglenet with a 20-feet broomstick. If they say your characters are OOC, you can bet your last galleon they're very much *in* character! They are Herons after all!

And there's absolutely no need to apologise for anything! It's your story and it's wonderful, no matter how long it took you to write!

If it only took you a couple of hours to get it written and checked and everything, you're obviously a natural!

I'm not even sure why you think the characters are that OOC. I think Harry and Hermione are pretty much in character, and in a situation like this, I think your Ron isn't unrealistic. I actually quite like sensitive Ron providing we KNOW that Hermione's heart belongs to Harry and there's nothing remotely romantic in his comfort!

The only very slight quibble I'd have is that I don't think Hermione would move on so soon. She is, after all, still at his funeral and it would take months and years for her to truly get over it.

That's only a tiny point at the end though. Apart from that it's great!
