everytime I read this, I feel better about HBP. It just speaks so much of how I felt about Hermione's character, and how much books 1-5 were wasted because of HBP.

Omg.Is it sad that this fic makes me feel all happy and spiteful? I'm all like: take /that/ JKR! In the "real world" it's Ron and Ginny who? HA!... So I must admit, I love this fic for making me feel better about my beliefs... even though I am now slightly crazy.

It's these nice little one shots where JKR is clearly being an idiot that make me smile. I think every H/Hr shipper was in Hermione's shoes when they read HBP. Although, if every other canon ship was written that badly....I shudder to think of what would happen if she wrote H/Hr as canon.

And please don't burn J due to the claim of Pumckin Pier delusionality. It was the bastard, Emmerson, the main man of Mugglenet.com who sprang the word on us. Rowling herself laughed (out of politeness) and said H/Hers ain't delusional directly after he used THE WORD. She said different people pick up different clues and interpret them differently.

That is a great story. And you hit all the questions I wanted the answers to. My cousin and I are H/ Hr shippers and we both were very saddened by the turn in bk 6. We kinda thought JKR would go the H/R route but kept our fingers crossed none the less. Thank G-D for Portkey, huh?
