OMG! This is spot on. All of my negative feelings toward HBP are coming out in this fic. You've got everything that I've complained about since I finished reading the book jammed into this parody.
I honestly hope you continue this fic. I need something to laugh at after the novel. I do have one question though: are you going to do anything with that bitchy Quidditch comment Ginny made to Hermione? If I was her, I think I would have smacked the #*@^ out of Ginny for it.
BTW, yes, it did feel like it took years to finish HBP. |

Author Feedback: Well, to be honest, the last line actually serves three purposes, outlined here:
1) Harry, by choosing Hermione over Ginny, pretty much tossed his ship away, given that his ex-girlfriend is slightly..insane. And, in her anger over being pushed away, would definitely take the ship over.
2) It's a shout-out to Pirates of the Caribbean, a favorite movie of mine.
3) It's a sly bit of shippiness. Harry, after being stuck with (and dumping) Ginny, has found Hermione, and now that's he done so, hopes she is back to her normal self so they can pursue their friendship/relationship.

Author Feedback: No idea, regarding Hermione's personality. As mentioned in a previous review response, it wouldn't be very fair if she acted normal while everyone else was strutting around in HBP fashion, so I'd have to find a compromise of sorts.
