Me again! I know, why am I reviewing this again? Well, I was bored and looking through my review history, I re-read every story I've ever reviewed. And I had to re-review this one because my last one was so poorly written.
So, my reaction was pretty much the same as last time; I cried during their good-byes, when Harry told everyone, and especially at the funeral. Being a male, when my brother caught me crying, I had no choice but to hit him. But anyway... I would just like to comment on how well written it was, and how well you managed to capture the mind of the audience, and the mind-set of the characters so well.
Harry and Hermione were portrayed especially well, but I guess that's to be expected as they were the main characters. Harry was as reliant on Hermione at the start as he's ever been, and still slow to realise any mistakes he's made. Hermione is still as selfless and caring as I have ever seen her.
The story was very well played out, with their emotions so good, they're better than anything JKR's ever written (At least post-HBP).
An excellent story, deserving of all the praise it receives. Great work!

Author Feedback: I know that many authors say that they love everything they love equally, but I have always had a soft spot for this piece. (There are many various endings in my mind, actually, as well as parts that take place within the framework that in an a/u version.) The fact that you enjoyed it enough to review it again makes me happier than you could imagine, especially since I was sitting here earlier contemplating if I have any skill at all. The fact that you are a guy and somehow my words managed to make you cry...well, let me just say you made my week. Then, to even be compared to JKR...

well, I will have you KNOW! it took me 5 HOURS to finally track down this fic. yes, I know - i'm so OBSESSED. well, the reason I had to track this down is because well, I started reading stuff here at PK around december and I didn't register as a pk member until like 2 months ago and I didn't mark this fic as a favorite in my fav's folder - (i will be doing that now) but I remembered reading this fic this morning and decided that I needed to find it....i'm serious - i've been searching over and over for like HOURS now but i'm so glad I found this fic again. AMAZING how you captured the real hermione. she is so in character its amazing. and of course, i cried quite easily reading this again after so long. imagine that! i remembered reading your fic 6 months after first reading it! you write really well and i'm so glad i finally found this fic. now i remember how i came across this one....telling harry! lol. and the story of us....good stuff! good stuff really. oh i hope you have more one shots come out - I read the story of us too - really good.

Author Feedback: I have been known to search for a fic on PK for hours before as well and am incredibly touched that my story was memorable enough to warrant such a search. This made my day.
FYI: I have a couple one-shots in the works, but I don't know when and if they will be posted. I am currently dedicating all of my time to Triptych as well as another full-length fic (though that one is turning out to be less adventure and more angst and fluff) that I plan to begin posting when I finish Triptych. I'm so sad!!!
I can't believe i actually pictured Hermione... .... dead...... !!!
I couldn't control myself!! I was crying my heart out!!
Right now... my mum is sleeping in front of me...  ,, I hope she didn't see or hear me crying.... *crying quietly*... the other members of my family really thought that my mum fought me to make me cry!!!
