I have to ask...did any sort of inspiration at all come from Pride & Prejudice/ Gone with the Wind? Because maybe it's just me, and because I love those stories, but this seems to go along the same lines, and I LOVE it!

My fascination with this story has certainly peaked, and I'm so eager to read on. Usually, I'm not one for the whole AU Harry Potter type world, cause I'm quite fond of the history the groups shares and do not care for things to change but you have certainly changed my mind. I'm loving this version of Hermione you've got going on because it's soo just girl power! Which isn't quite a stretch from the real Hermione, but she's just so enticing and I love it! Can't wait to see if Harry can tame her. Excellent job~!

I just found this fic and am reading it through, but I had to pause and congratulate you on one of the best "meeting for the first time" scenes I've ever seen written between Harry and Hermione. Nicely done.

Okay, I just found this through the search engine tonight, and have been reading along very very happily, until I got to that line... Didn't Harry and Draco play Hermione at her gambling cellar? I am curious as to why there was that whole exchange..
