"Death Snacking spies" "Death Munchers"

That was great!
I really liked how you worked this story, starting with the flashback and onto Hermione's confrontation of Harry. I could easily see something like that happening in canon. I thought it very appropriate that he didn't recognize love when it was staring him in the face (literally) on account of his upbringing.
James and Lily knowing what was to happen and facing it anyways makes the whole event that much more tragic, true Gryffindors indeed. I liked that you credited James as well as Lily in the charm that saved Harry's life. Lily as a seer worked out quite nicely and has interesting implications.
Everyone's reactions were quite amusing, most thoughtful being Dumbledore. The Wizarding world too easily forgets the debt they owe him, but not surprising.
Looking forward to more of your work, wonderful piece!
