In the beginning I really liked Jerome's personality, where he is dark and cunning. Then he suddenly saw the 'OMZG BROWN EYES' and he became a pussy licking bitch. It's idiotic and OOC in everyway possible. I kept reading this, hoping you will come back to your senses and make Hermione see sense and join Jerome in a campaign against his father and Dumbledore. Yeah, I am a dark!Harry fan but I read fluffy fics once in a while too, but this is so cliche that I could open any other fic in this archive and get the miraculous 'I fell in love with you in 3hrs' plot. It's disgusting and I wonder if you're an idealistic moron or a fangirl with her head so far up her ass, she can't even see the real world. May God have mercy on my soul for actually taking the time to read 11 chapters and give you a review however unhelpful it has been.
P.S. By the way, your plot is so transparent that I can already see it now: Jerome being Harry (which isn't hidden and that's okay), then suddenly out of nowhere 'OMG suspense!' they are soulmates!! LIKE ZOMG I NEWAH SAW DAT COMMIN! Then they defeat Voldemort with some crappy soulmate power and Dumbledore gives him a job at Hogwarts looking after children, so he has some practice when his knocked-up 18yo wife gives birth to a new generation of idiots.

When i read 'Harry' speak, it seems as if english is his second language, i dont see Harry (Dan) i see some greek guy (weird i know). Everything seems forced, very frustrating to read.... But your plot is interesting.

Interesting story. We actually explored the idea of obedience and hierarchy in psychology, and if you've heard of Stanley Miligram's obedience study, it's a lot like the idea you're posing. 3/4 people will, without a conscience, follow the orders of an official (like in Nazi Germany, Al-Quida, etc), and 1/4 of them will find their conscience and stop following an order they know is morally wrong. You should check out that study, it's fascinating.
