Betas are rather easy to find. There's a section in the Talk portion of Portkey full of betas looking for something to beta, edit would be the word I guess. It's underneath Fanfiction/Writing - Beta Reader Searches. And the nice thing is that most betas show their e-mail so you don't even have to belong to the Forum to get a beta.
