Ahhhh....what lovely, warm, angsty fluff! While it has certainly been done before, I like your take on Harry and Hermione at Christmas time.

Oh, that passage got me. Poor Harry...goodness, but he does get beat up a bit. As you noted in the story, Harry is a glutton for punishment.

I really like how you had Harry just come out and state that he still needs Hermione, even though Voldemort is gone and the world is back to "normal". A bit of that Gryffindor courage / Potter resolve shining through his bleakness. Thank you for sharing and happy holidays!
