Really sweet little story, if a little melodramatic. I absolutely love the song that goes along with it, it's one of my favorites. The bittersweet tone suits the story perfectly.

and i have to say.. "wow!" because relating the song to your first descriptions about harry in this story possibly makes his depression doubled!
and now i feel like i want to cry for how great his confrontation with hermione has made a difference.

I love it. It's so honest, if that's the right word. They both hurt so much at the loss of Ron, but it leaves them with their feelings. Ron being gone delayed the natural course of things, but they're still happening. Finally, after four years, they've found each other and discovered that that's all they need. I'd like to hear the rest of the story, but in this particular fan fiction, this ending is just fine.

Great story! I really like how Hermione was so willing to forgive him and how Lavendar so easily accepted it when she discovered Hr was with H.

I also really, really like how Harry made the assumptions about Hr knowing how he felt and then she explains that she didn't what with the war raging on, etc... That is usually thought to be the other way around and you wrote that very well, very believably!
